Missions[]

Missions are given once you have assigned soldiers to a Wooden Keep.

Difficulty[]

Missions will be either Easy, Average, Difficult or Extremely Difficult. The difficulty corresponds to the soldier strength needed to achieve a high chance of victory. Missions have 3 stages, each with increasing difficulty, After a victory at stages 1 and 2, a notification will appear, displaying the difficulty, chance of success , rewards for the next stage, and a question whether you want your soldiers to return or continue. After victory at the 3rd stage your soldiers will return to town. If any stage of the mission is lost, all rewards from victories at previous stages will be lost, and your soldiers will return to town. There is a small chance that some soldiers assigned to the mission will die upon failing a mission. If any soldiers die during a mission, their tombstone will appear at the edge of the map where the path out of town ends.

Assigning Soldiers[]

When a mission is accepted, you must assign soldiers to the mission within 20 days of accepting it or the mission will be lost. When assigning soldiers, soldier Strength directly corresponds to the likelihood of victory.

Wounded Soldiers[]

After each stage of a mission, a percentage of soldiers assigned to the mission will be Wounded, decreasing the wounded soldier's strength by 50%, which in turn decreases the chance of victory at the next stage of the mission. Soldiers will remain wounded when they return to town, and will recover slowly over many in-game days, eventually returning to 100% of their original strength.

Mission Rewards[]

Mission rewards vary depending on stage and initial difficulty. The first stage of a mission will always be "Easy, Difficult, or Extremely Difficult", while subsequent stages may have "Average" difficulty.

Easy missions[]

To succesfully complete all three stages (that is with minimal loss of troops) a total strength of 120 is advised. See the table here for troop strength.

Difficult Missions[]
